1. Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following conditions must be met for your return to be eligible:

- The product should not have been used, worn, or damaged.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: After receiving the Return Authorization Number, ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
